Meet Our Team
Our unique team of designers and craftspeople have brought world-class custom cabinet development and remodels to Greensboro, N.C., and the surrounding area.
Lee graduated from the design program at UNC-Greensboro in 1998 where he won several honors, including Designer of the Year, was selected for several Honors Studios, and was chosen for a semester-long study abroad program in Finland. In 2003, he helped establish Cabinet Concepts. Lee brings a wide array of skills, a dedicated work ethic, a sense of urgency, and his designer’s eye to the company.
Jennie also graduated from the IARc program at UNC-Greensboro in 2006 and completed her internship with Cabinet Concepts. We liked her so much we didn’t let her leave! Her attention to detail, efficiency, and caring spirit make her a great asset. You know those 3D images you see on HGTV? Yeah, she can do that… She can also knit a pretty mean scarf if you’re interested!
Field Manager, Project Coordinator, Beard Grower
The son of a cabinet guy, Matt has this business in his blood. After graduating from Appalachian State University in 2007, he worked at a big-box store for a few years; then we lured him away in the Fall of 2015 to manage our field operations. Running multiple jobs at once can be a bit like herding cats at times, his patience is one of his greatest allies. Matt is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet; plus, it’s hard to argue with a beard like that!
Cabinet Installer, Carpenter, Mr. Fix-it
A native of North Carolina with 30+ years of extensive building experience in Florida and South Carolina, Mark is one of those guys that can fix just about anything. Since 2005, Mark has been making Cabinet Concepts projects shine.
Cabinet Installer, Trim Guy, Troubleshooter
Puerto Rico, Florida, Connecticut…and thankfully North Carolina–all places he has made his mark as an impeccable cabinet installer. Elvis is a diligent worker, and relatively quiet, but he has a sneakily funny sense of humor. I don’t know how he does it but he can fit a lot of expertise in that tiny little van!
Keeping it in the family, Marissa is also a product of UNCG’s IARc design program. She interned with us the Summer of 2015 and we’ve kept her around as much as we can, knowing we have to share her with a rigorous academic schedule, bubbling social life, and her pet bunny Franklin. She has a keen sense of style and design sensibility, an eye for photography and graphics, and is just the cutest thing ever!
